Chemical Induction | ResinRush™ | Formulation | Development | Profile
BarIno™ ResinRush™ is a high-performance chemical agarwood inoculant designed to rapidly trigger resin formationin Aquilaria trees through enhanced oxidative and osmotic stress mechanisms. Formulated with a synergistic blend of Ferric Chloride (FeCl₃) and Sodium Chloride (NaCl), it simulates environmental stress responses known to stimulate defense-related resin biosynthesis.
This formula is ideal for plantations aiming for faster resin development, higher yield potential, and predictable inoculation results using a non-biological approach.
Active Ingredients:
- Ferric Chloride (FeCl₃): A potent oxidative agent that disrupts cellular integrity and initiates resin-forming metabolic pathways.
- Sodium Chloride (NaCl): A salinity-based osmotic stressor that enhances the tree’s immune reaction and augments the FeCl₃ effect.
Key Benefits:
- Fast-Track Resin Induction: Observable discoloration and resin traces within weeks under optimal conditions.
- Increased Resin Yield Zones: Promotes broader internal discoloration and resinification.
- Synergistic Stress Response: FeCl₃ and NaCl together activate abiotic stress pathways efficiently.
- Compatible with Controlled Inoculation Systems: Ideal for borehole injection or wick-based delivery.
Application Overview:
- Target Trees: Aquilaria malaccensis aged ≥5 years, with minimum 10 cm DBH.
- Method: Borehole injection at regular spacing (15–20 cm apart), injecting 10–20 mL per hole.
- Timing: Best applied during dry seasons or when trees show active growth and no disease signs.
- Reinoculation Cycle: Every 6–12 months depending on desired resin quality and density.
Product Variants:
- 1L and 5L plantation-scale bottles
Handling & Storage:
- Corrosive. Use gloves, goggles, and plastic tools only.
- Store in a sealed, opaque container at room temperature.
- Shelf life: up to 6 months.
