Primary Purpose

To engage in the research, development, production, and commercialization of biotechnology solutions utilizing fungi, beneficial microbes, and microbial metabolites for the induction, enhancement, and optimization of resin formation in high-value tree species such as Aquilaria spp. (agarwood), Santalum spp. (sandalwood), and other aromatic, medicinal, and economically important plants; to produce, formulate, and distribute microbial inoculants, biostimulants, enzymes, and biologically active compounds through fermentation or other microbial cultivation technologies; and to provide field application services, scientific consulting, laboratory analytics, and resin enhancement protocols for plantations, cooperatives, and agro-industrial clients in the Philippines and abroad.

SECONDARY PURPOSES

  1. To culture, isolate, and preserve indigenous and foreign strains of fungi, yeasts, actinomycetes, and other microbes for use in inoculant production, biological induction systems, or fermentation-based product development.
  2. To manufacture, distribute, and export liquid or solid formulations of microbial inoculants, fungal spore suspensions, enzyme concentrates, bioresin activators, and other biotechnological products for forestry, agriculture, and perfumery applications.
  3. To develop and commercialize lab-scale and field-scale fermentation technologies, including bioreactors, spore production systems, and microbial metabolite extraction processes.
  4. To conduct scientific trials and validation studies in partnership with universities, government institutions, or private plantations, in order to optimize field application protocols and resin yield performance metrics.
  5. To license or franchise proprietary technologies and bioresin induction systems developed by the company to qualified laboratories, plantations, or agricultural service providers.
  6. To import and export fungal cultures, laboratory supplies, fermentation equipment, growth media, and biocontrol agents for use in the company’s research or production activities, in compliance with relevant biosafety and regulatory guidelines.
  7. To provide training, extension services, and consultancy on microbial fermentation, biological resin induction, biofertilizer applications, and biotechnological advancements in sustainable tree farming and natural product extraction.
  8. To file, acquire, own, license, or assign patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property related to the company’s innovations in fungal biotechnology and microbial resin-induction systems.
  9. To establish, operate, or lease laboratories, fermentation facilities, greenhouses, and resin enhancement trial farms necessary for the conduct of the company’s primary operations.
  10. To perform all acts necessary, proper, or incidental to the attainment of the foregoing purposes or any of them, as may be allowed by law.
