The main source of funds of the Federation comes from Primary Cooperatives share capital contributions.
As mandated by RA 9520 or the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008, no member shall own or hold more than ten (10) percent of the total share capital of the Cooperative.
The minimum share capital subscription per member shall be Fourteen Thousand (14,000) shares with a total value of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,400,000.00) with Three Hundred Fifty Thousand initial share capital.
Minimum Paid-up Capital: 25% Paid-up of Three Thousand Five Hundred (3,500) shares is P350,000.00
One share has a par value of Php 100.00.
