Federation of Cooperatives (Regional Level) – shall refer to a cooperative, the members of which are three (3) or more primary cooperatives engaged in the same line of business, organized at the municipal, provincial, city, special metropolitan political subdivision, or economic zones created by law and registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), to undertake business activities in support of its members. It is categorized as a secondary cooperative;
Existing CDA registered primary cooperatives can join the Regional Federation, provided members are interested of planting Aquilaria malaccensis (Bari). Please take note of one-stock policy of seedlings.
Requirements to join:
- Board Resolution authorizing to join the ‘FEDERATION OF AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE’ with the authorized representative.
- Primary Cooperative of at least 15 members should be planting Bari and to maintain a nursery for perfumery crops.
- Pay the required Initial Share Capital of P200,000.00 (Computed based on 5 Primary Coops)
- Pay the Membership Fee of P5,000.00 (One-time Non-Refundable)
